Who we are
Our team has 160+ years of combined experience optimizing size, weight, power, and cost (SWAP-C) without compromising performance. We know which tolerances actually drive performance and which can be relaxed. We understand how materials behave in molding processes and how to design for assembly before fabrication begins. This knowledge saves you time and reduces risk.
Design to manufacturing
Using Zemax and simulation tools, we create optical designs that meet performance requirements and are manufacturable. Our mechanical engineers use SolidWorks and CREO, considering thermal conditions, vibration, and stress. Monte Carlo analysis ensures manufacturing tolerances are balanced against performance and cost during the design stage.
Our cross-functional prototyping team coordinates seamlessly from optical fabrication through machining, molding, assembly, design, test, and quality. In-house equipment delivers short lead times.
Program lifecycle support
We support programs from SRR through PDR, CDR, MRR, FAI, Qual, and LRIP across aerospace, medical devices, automotive, security & surveillance, industrial, and sport & outdoor applications. Our team has participated in hundreds of program reviews and delivers the documentation required at each stage.
